E Khabar is currently seeking an Office Administrator to join a team located in MP nagar, Bhopal, (India). The individual chosen for this role will be expected to accurately handle a large amount of information and be very organized. The ideal candidate will have excellent computer skills, Good Communication and be willing to learn a variety of new tasks.

Job Duties
Assists office staff in maintaining files and databases
Prepares reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence
Assigns jobs and duties to office staff as needed
Monitors office operations
Schedules appointments and meetings for executives and upper level staff
Serves as the go-to for office inquiries and conflicts
Manages staff schedules
Tracks office apointments and fix the meetings with clients.
Assists in the preparation of department budgets, expenses and Marketing
Schedules and manages all events, oppintments and bateches
Serves as the receptionist when needed

Qualifications
